According to a statement released by Zarin's representative, the "three-car pileup" accident happened in New York City.
"She was rushed by ambulance to the hospital, where she was treated for unknown injuries and later released," the statement further read.
The 51-year-old reality star was on her way to promote her film "Night Of The Wild", said The Hollywood Reporter.
Zarin's assistant took to the star's Twitter account to give fans an update.
"Hi everyone this is Jill's media assistant @MaggieRey7046. Jill is doing well and resting after the car accident this morning," she wrote.
