Refined palmolein advances on consistent demand

Refined palmolein advanced at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following consistent demand from retailers.
While, groundnut oil weakened further owing to lower demand from stockists and retailers.
Castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial firmed up due to rising demand from soaps and shippers industries.
Meanwhile, linseed oil ruled steady in the absence of any worthwhile buying.
In the edible section, refined palmolein rose by Rs 6 per 10kg to Rs 554 from last Saturday's close of Rs 548, but groundnut oil softened by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 1,020 as against Rs 1,025 previously.

Moving to non-edible segment, castorseeds bold climbed by Rs 35 per 100 kg to Rs 4,785 as against Rs 4,750 last weekend and castor oil commercial moved up by Rs 7 per 10 kg to Rs 987 as compared Rs 980 previously.
Linseed oil ended unaltered at Rs 780 per 10 kg.
