Refined palmolein edges up on better offtake

Refined palmolein prices gained marginally an otherwise steady Vashi oils and oilseeds market here today due to good retail buying ahead of festivities.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil continued to rule steady owing to lack of demand from domestic consumers and exporters.
In the non-edible, castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial closed at their overnight levels in the absence of necessary buying support from consuming industries.
Linseeed oil also maintained its stable trend on the back of adequate supply positions coupled with sluggish demand.
Turning to edible segment, refined palmolein looked up by a Re to settle at Rs 514 per 10kg as compared to Tuesday's closing level of Rs 513. Groundnut oil unaltered at Rs 790 per 10kg.

Moving to non-edible section, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseed oil all held steady at Rs 4,125 per 100kg, Rs 855 and Rs 765 per 10kg, respectively.
