Refined palmolein softens in lacklustre trade

Refined palmolein softened in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today following mild demand from retail buying.
Groundnut oil, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseed oil ruled steady in absence of any large-scale buying activity.
In the edible segment, refined palmolein eased by Rs 2 per 10 kg to Rs 603 from Friday's close at Rs 605 and groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 1,000 per 10 kg.
Moving to non-edible section, castorseeds bold, castoroil commercial and linseed oil ended unaltered at Rs 3,915 per 100kg, Rs 813 per 10kg and Rs 1,050 per 10kg, respectively.
