"One of the objectives of the 'Startup India Hub' of Invest India is to facilitate and support budding entrepreneurs across the country. Relevant contests like 'Inerthrone' will encourage innovation in the IoT space and provide a platform to start-ups," Invest India said in a joint statement.
The Sardar Patel Institute of Technology and IB-Hubs are also strategic partners for the IoT contest.

Interthrone is a platform for start-ups working on worldclass technological solutions to partner with us along this dynamic digital journey," Reliance Capital Executive Director Anmol Ambani said.
The winning teams across categories will be given a cash prize of Rs 3 lakh while the runners up will receive Rs 1 lakh each. 10 start-ups in total will be incubated from Interthrone.
Winning teams will also get free Digital Ocean credits, access to world class research and development facilities of CeNSE, IISc Bangalore and a lot of other significant benefits, the statement said.
