In Haryana, Ambala recorded a minimum of 10.2 degrees Celsius, up by four notches above normal while Hisar had a low of 8.2 degrees Celsius, up by two notches.
In neighbouring Punjab too, mercury remained above normal with Amritsar recording a low of 4.6 degrees Celsius, two notches above normal while Ludhiana and Patiala registered a minimum of 7.2 deg and 10.2 degrees Celsius respectively, a jump of up to four degrees above normal.
