Acting on a tip off, police nabbed six teenagers in the Shikarganj police station area, while they were planning to commit dacoity, Superintendent of Police Vinay Kumar said.
Those arrested included four presently lodged in a remand home in Bettiah and who used to venture out to commit crime with the help of home officials, the SP said.
They told police during questioning that they used to return to the remand home after committing crime with the help of the officials there, the SP said, adding they admitted being part of a dacoity committed on December 28.
Two countrymande revolvers, four bullets, as many mobile phones, jewellery and watches have been recovered from them, he added.
