"If there is any violation, we will take action," he added.
Ramdev is scheduled to visit the Yogpeeth's Himachal branch on February 27 to inaugurate its first phase, built at a cost of Rs 7.5 crore, Laxmi Dutt Sharma, state in-charge of the Bharat Swabhiman Trust, an outfit headed by Ramdev, said.
"The onus for any case of illegality is on the previous government, not Ramdev's trust," Sharma said, adding that its foundation stone was laid by Ramdev on June 20, 2010.
