Meanwhile, authorities have imposed restrictions under Section 144 CrPC in Qoimoh area of the Kulgam district to prevent loss of life in the clashes, the sources said. So far, there are no reports of anyone getting injured in the clashes in the area, they said. A police spokesman, giving the details of the incident, said the security forces had laid cordon in Chidar village following a tip off about presence of militants there. "A search operation was started in the cordoned houses but the house of Ali Mohammad Dar (husband of deceased woman) was outside the cordon and search," he said. Meanwhile, a Defence spokesman said the woman died due to "natural causes" and Army had no involvement in it. "The Army was no where involved in the death of the woman," Defence spokesman Lt Col J S Brar said.
