Meanwhile, the Met office forecast wet spell in Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh on February 15 and 16. This wet spell would be accompanied by isolated thunder squall or hailstorm and wind speed could exceed 45 Kmph in the entire region, MeT officials said.
