Meanwhile, all roads in Kinnuar and Lahal and Spiti districts, except in high altitude tribal areas, which were closed due to heavy snowfall have been cleared, MLA Jagat Singh Negi said. As many as 30 snow clearing machines were pressed into service to clear all roads excluding the one to Lipa, Asrang,, Hango and from Rakchham to Chitkul.
