Talking to reporters here today Ashok Pohekar, the election agent of NCP nominee and present MP Sanjeev Naik said that he had made such a demand to the Chief Election Commissioner and the State Election Officer.
Copies of a memorandum submitted to them said that during the last two polls, there were two polling booths, 338-A and 341-A at Chandresh Lodha school.
He said that he had brought this to the notice of poll officials who refused to reconsider the location.
As against the total of around 1,200 voter to 1,300 voters, only five voters were allowed to vote, he said.
He alleged that this was done deliberately and needed to be probed, adding that a repoll needs to be ordered in the booth.
