A crucial report unravelling alleged nexus of drug peddlers, politicians and police in Goa would be tabled in the ongoing Budget session of Legislative Assembly before April 15, a senior member said today.
"The report, which runs into thousands of pages, has meticulously probed all aspects of this nexus and will be tabled in the ongoing budget session before April 15", Fransisco Miccky Pacheco, a legislator heading the House Committee, said.
The House Committee was formed to investigate into the allegations of involvement of politicians into drug rackets in the coastal state.
The probe would go into the details whether former Home Minister Ravi Naik's son, Roy, was allegedly part of the nexus involving Israeli drug lord, Yaniv Benaim alias 'Atala'.
"We have found some links of some people. But I won't be able to disclose anything because it is confidential and yet to be tabled on the floor of the House", Pacheco said.
He said the draft copy of the report would be submitted to the members of the panel, who will have to vet it before submitting it in the House.

The report is crucial for Roy, whose name cropped up during the probe, as it is learnt that demand will be made for setting up of a special investigation team (SIT) for deeper probe.
The CBI is currently investigating the drug nexus cases involving several policemen, two Israeli drug lords and Roy who has so far denied his involvement in the drug nexus.
Two foreign women, Lucky Farmhouse, who exposed the drug nexus and Fiona Mackeown, mother of British teenager Scarlet Eden Keeling, found dead on Goa shores, had alleged Roy's involvement in the illegal trade.
Farmhouse in her deposition to CBI had claimed that Roy was accepting protection money from her former beau, 'Atala'.
Swedish model Farmhouse had exposed the drug nexus by shooting a video showing confessional statements by 'Atala', wherein he bragged about his links with policemen.
