The 30-year-old, who gave birth to a daughter, named Blue Ivy Carter on January 7, said she didn't find the reports hurtful but absurd, reported Aceshowbiz.
"It wasn't hurtful, it was just crazy. I thought 'Where did they come up with this?'" Beyonce said.
Though the "Countdown" singer didn't let the reports bother her, her mother Tina was clearly upset.
"I thought it was very unfair and very cruel that someone would think that someone would be that diabolical to keep up a charade like that for nine months. As a mother it was painful for me to hear the crazy rumours. And I even had people ask me, which was so ridiculous," she said.
Tina also spoke out against rumours of prosthetic belly that surfaced after Beyonce's bump appeared to deflate when she sat down for an Australian TV show's interview.
"It was a fabric that folded - does fabric not fold? Oh my gosh, so stupid. There was so much love and well wishes from all over the world - it made it easier to deal with the stupid rumours." PTI AYM
