Traditional Christmas dishes like roast turkey and sweet potato casserole can be relished at the Taj's Machan, which has an impressive array of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delights on offer.
"The specially curated Christmas menu is sure to delight the heart and soul with its array of vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies," says a spokesperson from the hotel, which has transformed their lobby into a 'Winter Wonderland' with innovatively created castles, and skating and skiing rings decorated with fairy lights.
Foodies can dig into a scrumptious five-course Christmas eve dinner, as well as a brunch buffet the following day at Kiyan at The Roseate here.
Curated by Chef Nishant Choubey, the delectable spread will feature delicacies such as 'Suckling Pig with Apple Sauce', 'Roast Turkey with Cranberry' and 'Maple Shallots', 'Ham Leg or Pork with Honey Mustard Glaze, Plum Pudding with Brandy among others.
