The activists staged demonstration at the Ambedkar circle and forwarded a representation addressed to Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje, urging justice for Khan and his family.
Nisha Siddhu of National Federation of Indian Women said Khan and others were badly assaulted by cow vigilantes which led to his death in Alwar.
She claimed that while Rajasthan Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria "glorified" the cow vigilantes, a ruling party MLA gave a "misleading" statement over the cause of Khan's death.
Khan, who hailed from Haryana, was attacked by cow vigilantes in Behror when he, along with others, including his two sons, was allegedly transporting cows illegally from Jaipur to Haryana.
Hedied during treatment at hospital, while the others had suffered injuries in the incident.
Representatives from various organisations, including PUCL, CPI, CPI(M), Dalit Shoshan Mukti Manch, National Muslim Women Welfare Society, were present during the demonstration.
