The 28-year-old star showed up for work on the set of the film on Tuesday in New York City, reported Aceshowbiz.
Donning a black fur coat, trousers and Timberland boots, RiRi was pictured heading to a make-up trailer. In several images surfacing online, Rihanna could be seen sporting a massive dreadlock extension.
Cate Blanchett and Sandra Bullock were also snapped on the Big Apple set the day before. The two Oscar-winning superstars were the first to begin filming last Tuesday, before they werejoined by another cast member, Helena Bonham Carter.
"Ocean's Eight" is directed by Gary Ross from a screenplay he co-wrote with Olivia Milch. Also starring Mindy Kaling, Anne Hathaway and Awkwafina, the action flick is set for a June 8, 2018 release in US theatres.
