Brown, 23, has been in constant contact with the 25-year-old 'We Found Love' hitmaker as she prepares to hit the road, reported Hollywood Life.
"Chris wished her a good show a few nights ago. She been talking to her mom, you know, getting her head right," a source said.
Meanwhile, Rihanna can not wait to get out on tour and is taking it easy in rehearsals so that she saves her energy for her fans.
"She's good, excited to kick off this (tour) and do it big. She's already hyped up and doing some light rehearsals but other than that, she's taking it easy. Saving all the energy for the show," the source added.
