RIL's shares ended 1.88 per cent lower at Rs 1,005.80 on the BSE. During the day, it slipped 2.31 per cent to Rs 1,001.30.
At the NSE, shares of the company fell by 1.92 per cent to settle at Rs 1,005.35.
The company's market valuation declined by Rs 6,103.93 crore, to Rs 3,25,647.07 crore.
On the volume front, 4.38 lakh shares of the company changed hands at the BSE and over 45 lakh shares were traded at the NSE during the day.
