At the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, chana for March contract was trading higher by Rs 70, or 1.83 per cent, at Rs 3,889 per quintal with an open interest of 83,340 lots.
Likewise, the commodity for delivery in April gained Rs 63, or 1.63 per cent, to Rs 3,920 per quintal in 39,980 lots.
