Ora will sing 'Grateful' from 'Beyond the Lights', one of the five compositions up for this year's best song award. The 24-year-old said she was "excited to announce" she had been invited to appear at the February 22 ceremony, reported BBC online.
"The mixture of her incredible voice and glamour makes a perfect combination for our show," said producers Craig Zadan and Neil Meron.
Ora's appearance will come shortly after the release of 'Fifty Shades of Grey', in which she will be seen playing the adopted sister of Jamie Dornan's Christian Grey character.
News of Ora's involvement follows announcement that John Legend and rapper Common will perform their Oscar-nominated track 'Glory', from 'Selma', at this year's awards.
Adam Levine will also appear at the event to sing 'Lost Stars', the Oscar-nominated track both he and Keira Knightley perform in the musical romance 'Begin Again'.
