Roadshow in Kochi to promote Young Entrepreneurs Summit

A roadshow to promote the Young Entrepreneurs Summit on September 12, was flagged-off here today.
The government, as part of its efforts in promoting Kerala as the most vibrant, entrepreneurial State, and Kerala State Industrial Development Corporation (KSIDC), are organsing the summit.
As a prelude to the Summit, and to create awareness among college students about the opportunities awaiting for them as entrepreneurs, KSIDC has organized the road show which will visit 70 professional colleges across Kerala to promote the concept of the summit.
Actress Reema Kallingal, a young entrepreneur and one of the youth icons for the event, flagged-off the roadshow.
Young Entrepreneur Start up Programme is a key initiative identified under the 'Mission 676' action plan of the government and KSIDC has taken the initiative to spearhead the programme.
Infopark, KINFRA, TBI, Start Up Village, TIE and CII will be partners of the event.
YES is aimed at fostering the growth of entrepreneurship in young minds and at creating an enabling environment for start-ups. The event will showcase the existing facilities and support services available to prospective young entrepreneurs to realise their business dreams.
The summit will also highlight the combined initiatives of agencies like KSIDC, KFC, TBI, Technopark, Infopark, and KINFRA in creating a holistic ecosystem conducive for young entrepreneurs.
