The incident took place in Dwarka Sector 11 at around 10:30 am.
Anuradha Dutta (39), the wife of an IT engineer currently working in Afghanistan, was returning home after withdrawing Rs three lakh from bank when the incident took place.
"She was in a rickshaw while on way, the motorcyclists snatched the money bag from her, a police official said.
