Robbers steal car at gunpoint

Armed robbers stole a car after allegedly holding its driver at gunpoint in Uttar Pradesh's Gautam Budh Nagar district, police said today.
The driver, Nirajnan, was returning home late last night when the armed men stopped his car near Amka road in Dadri, they said.
The driver suffered injuries after he was allegedly beaten up by them and thrown off the car near Rana Colony, district superintendent of police (Dadri) Nishank Sharma said.
He has been admitted to a hospital, he said, adding that a written complaint was yet to be received.
