On Sunday night, the robbers barged into the premises of Vindyawahini steel company at Belosi village after threatening two security guards on duty and robbed parts of electrical panels, Wada police station inspector Sanjay Hazare said.
They threatened the two guards with dire consequences and fled from the place in the wee hours yesterday after robbing the steel parts, he said.
The company has been closed since the last two years, he said.
An offence has been registered against the robbers under section 395 (dacoity) of the IPC, Hazare said, adding that hunt for the culprits is on.
