Naba Kumar, his associate Mritunjay, who works as a driver in Kalkaji area, and a jeweller, who received the stolen property from the duo, were arrested.
Kumar chose to target Archana Chakraborty's house after getting details about her and articles she possessed from Mritunjay and the lady's former maid with whom he has a relationship, police said.
Chakraborty was attacked by the duo after she resisted their attempt to rob. The men overpowered her and looted a gold chain, bangle and mobile phone from her house.
During interrogation, the arrested men said they entered into her house after breaking the glass pane of the main door and overpowered the woman who was sleeping in her bedroom.
