The attorney for Susan, Williams' widow, asked a San Francisco judge to settle the remaining property disputes, which includes his large bicycle collection, artwork and books, with the late actor's three children, Zak, Zelda and Cody, reported TMZ.
The attorney for the children says, William's will is clear about who should get what and does not think the court needs to intervene.
The "Dead Poets Society" star, who died on August 11 last year, was an avid cyclist and owned dozens of bikes.
Both sides will meet next week in a last effort to settle the matter without the judge.
