Roopa Kudva quits Crisil

Crisil Managing Director and CEO Roopa Kudva has quit the rating agency after seven years of association.
Kudva has completed 7 years as the MD & CEO of Crisil. Prior to this, she was the leader of the company's ratings business for 7 years, Crisil said in statement today.
"She believes that from a governance perspective, this is the right time to move on," it said.
The nomination & remuneration committee of the board of directors will oversee the search process, it said, adding, Kudva will work closely with the committee during this process.
