Hundreds of Rose Valley agents including women, today gathered in front of the ED office, police station and outside the court premises pledging support to the Group's chairman Gautam Kundu arrested by the central agency for alleged money laudering.
Some agents roughed up mediapersons of Bengali news channels and smashed their cameras as they went to cover the production of Kundu in a city court.
They also protested against Kundu's arrest when he was being taken out from the police station to ED's office and then to the court.
The agents and field workers of the company were seen holding placards and voiving support to Kundu outside the court premises.
Several of them held red roses symbolising the company.
