Royal Enfield sales up 65 per cent in September

Two-wheeler maker Royal Enfield today reported 65 per cent increase in its total sales in September at 28,020 units as against 17,005 units in the same month last year.
Domestic sales increased by 66 per cent at 27,540 units last month as against 16,542 units in September 2013, the company said in a statement.
Exports during the month stood at 480 units as against 463 units last year, up four per cent.
