The incident happened when AAP members barged into the booking office at the railway station, they said.
AAP said in a statement that the party had received several complaints of black marketing of tickets for long-distance trains by "agents" and of the menace of touts at the station.
AAP members said they confronted and held some "agents" who "frequent" the booking office in the morning hours, resulting in a scuffle.
Later, RPF jawans arrived on the spot and resorted to a mild lathicharge to bring the situation under control.

Later, AAP State Managing Committee member Sanjiv Sane rushed to the station and lead protest against the RPF action.
He alleged nexus among railway staff, RPF and agents in the black-marketing of train tickets.
When contacted, an RPF officer said the AAP members should have formally lodged a complaint with us against their grievance.
"We used only mild force as the AAP tried to take law into their hands," he said, adding some members were injured in the incident.
