The spokesman said the plan for the current fiscal was approved yesterday by the District Development Board Budgam chaired by the state Agriculture Minister Ghulman Hassan Mir.
He said that the annual plan includes Rs 43.33 crore as revenue component and Rs 61.88 crore as a capital component.
The capital component constitutes Rs 34.74 crore state share, Rs 21.94 crore NABARD Loan and over Rs 5.20 crore of Additional Central Assistance, the spokesman said.
State Finance Minister Abdul Rahim Rather, Information Technology Minister Aga Syed Ruhullah, legislators Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen, Javed Mustafa Mir and Mohammad Shafi were also present at the meeting, he said.
