Rs 17.5 lakh gold biscuits recovered along Indo-Bangla border

BSF troops have recovered gold biscuits worth Rs 17.5 lakh from along Indo-Bangladesh border in Nadia district of West Bengal.
The incident occured yesterday evening when a Border Security Force patrol recovered the gold biscuits lying wrapped along the fence under Mustafapur border post in Bagdha police station area of the district.
The estimated value of the seized consignment is Rs 17.5 lakh and it has been handed over to customs authorities, a senior BSF official said.
