Rs 2.17 cr recovered through Lok Adalat

Banks were able to recover Rs 2.17 crore from borrowers in a Lok Adalat organised by Debts Recovery Tribunals (DRT).
Four benches were constituted in the Lok Adalat to take up 47 cases and in which an amount of Rs 2.17 crore was recovered in the settled cases, said a PIB release.
Over 150 parties comprising various banks, borrowers, guarantors etc participated in the Adalat, said a PIB release.
