Shah got the better of Indian Oil cueist Dhvaj Haria 3-0 in a one-sided final at the PYC Hindu Gymkhana to be crowned the individual champion.
Shah had got the better of another Indian Oil cueist, Brijesh Damani, also by 3-0 margin in the semi final.
ONGC had claimed a memorable double crown last night by adding the snooker title to the billiards title.
Helped by the presence of world champion Pankaj Advani, the ONCC team - which also had seasoned players Saurav Kothari and Alok Kumar to bank on - outclassed Indian Oil 4-2 to win the snooker team title.
