The 38-year-old comedian's new home boasts high ceilings, white washed walls, five huge bedrooms with five bathrooms, and an amazing view of the Los Angeles skyline from his own balcony, which also has space to cater for outdoor dining, reported Los Angeles Times online.
The property which spans across 4,800 square feet of interior space was built in 1926 and designed by architect Roy Selden Price.
Brand isn't the first celebrity to be housed in the gothic style home since late actor Laurence Olivier lived there in the early 1930s.
Perry recently sold a Mediterranean-style house she bought with Brand in West Hollywood, California, for USD 5.988 million.
