Russell Tovey victim of knife attack

'Looking' actor Russell Tovey has opened up about being a target of a knife attack when he was 18.
The 33-year-old British actor said that he was slashed in the head while sitting on a train in Romford, reported Digital Spy.
"I'd been in a pub in Romford, getting the train to meet my parents in Brentwood. I was wearing a cardigan. At that time you never wore a cardigan in Romford," he said.
Tovey explained that two men sat down opposite him before attacking.
"One said to the other, 'Are you going to cut him or am I?' I was pouring blood everywhere... I didn't know where it was coming from, I thought they'd cut my throat... Another passenger was giving me sugar out of a sachet," he added.

Tovey said that he was left with "an insecurity" for years after the incident.
