Russian Ambassador Nikolay Kudashev called on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia on Thursday.
According to an official statement, the ambassador said the Russian government is willing to cooperate in traffic management, redevelopment of old and historical areas, transport and many other areas.
Kudashev also thanked the Delhi government for having organised the 'Days of Moscow' mega event in the city last month.
He also said the Russain government was deeply appreciative of the city government's initiative, the statement said.
Kudashev invited the chief minister for a similar event 'Days of Delhi' in Moscow.
Kejriwal said there is an immense potential for cooperation between Delhi and Moscow in many fields. The Delhi government is willing to take forward the relations between the two capital cities, the statement said.
