True to his wry wit, Ryan Reynolds marked the four year "leak-iversary" of the early footage from the first "Deadpool" film in the Marvel franchise.
Reynolds, who stars in the title role of the Merc with a Mouth, has said in the past that he struggled to get the project up and running for 11 years.
But the film got a green light after the test footage went viral on the internet.
The 41-year-old actor quipped he is still hunting for the person who leaked the test footage.
"It's the 4 year Leak-iversery. UPDATE: Still searching for the bast**d who leaked our test footage onto the internet causing Deadpool to receive a green light. Taking over the investigation myself. #Angry," Reynolds wrote on Twitter.
The actor reprised his role in "Deadpool 2" this year.
Reynolds, who co-wrote the sequel with Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, recently downplayed the chances of another "Deadpool" movie, saying the team will cross that bridge when they come to it.
