The 57-year-old actor made it to Queen Elizabeth II's 2017 New Year Honours and was given the title of Knight Bachelor for his services to British theatre.

The Oscar-winning actor will next be seen in Christopher Nolan's World War II drama, "Dunkirk", in which he plays a mariner.
