Announcing the departure of Manu Sawhney, who has been on extended personal leave, Sports Hub Pte Ltd (SHPL) said its Board had undertaken an internal investigation into an anonymous complaint made against him, but decided no action was warranted.
The investigation has been closed.
"However, Sawhney has decided that the time has come for a new CEO to take the Singapore Sports Hub to its next level. The board has accepted his resignation," the Sports Hub said.
The complaint reportedly contained details of his management style, his treatment of staff and commercial decisions.

The complaint was investigated by the consortium, and a Board meeting was held yesterday to discuss the issue.
Sawhney has been the premier sporting organisation's CEO since 2015, having 25 years of experience in Asian media and being with FOX Sports Asia among other sporting institutions.
"I'm glad the board has concluded its investigation and decided that no action is warranted. With that conclusion, I feel able to move on," he said.
"I am proud of the transformation we've seen at the Sports Hub in the last year and half, and much of the credit goes to my hardworking team," the Channel News Asia quoted Sawhney as saying in the statement.
