Holdstock will be one of the umpires in the Ranji Trophy quarter-final between Mumbai and Baroda, to be played at Mumbai, from January 6-10 while Bailey will officiate in the quarter-final between UP and Services, to be played at Indore on the same dates.
Both umpires will subsequently officiate in the Ranji semi-finals.
