Hikes ranging from Rs 2,600 to Rs 3,700 will be given to these employees, who otherwise get fix-pay structure for the first five years of their appointment.
The new pay structure will be applicable from October 1, said minister and spokesperson Saurabh Patel.
Those who get Rs 4,500 per month will now get Rs 7,100(58% rise), those getting Rs 5,300 will now get Rs 7,800 (47% hike), those getting Rs 9,400 will now get Rs 13,500(44%) and those getting Rs 10,000 will get Rs 13,700(37% hike).
