"I did not exert any pressure. I only pray that I have made a film for the benefit of the people and it should be released," he told reporters here.
The FCAT had revoked the decision of Central Board of Film Certification to withhold clearance, paving the way for its release, expected between January 28 and 30, following which CBFC chief Leela Samson and seven other memebers resigned.
Singh, here to promote the film, claimed his movie was against drugs and drug mafia's control over the youth.
"It is about drugs and how youngsters can get rid of the habit. It also talks about drug mafia network. It is about the youth and empowering them."
MSG would be followed by a sequel, he said, "The sequel is about the tribal people of Rajasthan and Gujarat."
Asked whether he was confident about getting his sequel cleared, since the censor board has got new members, he said, "I left everything to God for my first film. For the sequel too, I will leave it to him.
