"Sanchez is a top quality player. I assume if he finds his form next season he has got great touch, and I have been very impressed with Cazorla -- he has been excellent. Both of them along with Jack Wilshere are next big stars in world football," he told PTI in an email interview.
Parlour was in Mumbai for the launch of PUMA's Arsenal 2015-16 home and away kit through a first ever public screening of the Invincibles documentary in Asia yesterday.
Parlour said Arsenal will not struggle without Alexis Sanchez in the early stages of the Premier League because there are plenty of players including Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who could play a significant role.
"Sanchez is a very important player. If he is fit, he is definitely in the side. First few games he wouldn't play ... Arsenal would have to do without him. Surely, they have plenty of players including Chamberlain to cover while he is not playing," he said.

Parlour said construction of a new stadium will certainly affect Tottenham like Arsenal.
"Actually, the construction of a new stadium will affect Tottenham as it did to Arsenal. Financially, it is a lot of money. If you play in new stadium it is going to affect the results," he said.
Arsenal had to spend a lot of money on the new stadium which created hurdles for buying players, Parlour said.
On Invincibles documentary, Parlour said it symbolises the rich legacy of Arsenal and it was great to share team's experiences from that season.
"Arsenal is a club loved by football fans around the world and it was great to see this first hand with the supporters in India," he said.
