Thakur has shot off a letter to Principal Secretary Home and DGP, alleging that in one-and-a-half month functioning with Prasad, he has seen the same characteristics that Sankalp Anand mentioned in his suicide note.
"Prasad gets many decisions taken by building pressure on his subordinates and forcing them to write on the note sheet," he alleged.
Sankalp (38) along with his wife Naresh Nandini (34) and daughter Ridhima (five) had jumped in front of a train in Mathura on October 15 last year. While the husband-wife duo died on the spot, the daughter survived.
