The 32-year-old singer's relationship is said to have become strained during her time on BBC gymnastics competition 'Tumble', reported Daily Mirror.
"As training has intensified for the show they have seen less and less of each other over the last few weeks. She has been training twice a day and they have not really had a chance to spend quality time together," a source said.
Foster has apparently found her state of mind difficult to handle.
"Mark hasn't been able to go and see a number of Sarah's performances due to his own work commitments and that has meant Sarah has felt isolated. He moved back to Manchester to leave Sarah to concentrate on her final performances but then they both realised it was time to call it a day," the source added.
