Speaking to reporters after a meeting of the Forum, former Supreme Court Judge Ashok Ganguly, who is also the chairman of the body, said they would visit the district on March 18.
Holding the state government responsible for the "deteriorating law and order in West Bengal," the former apex court Judge invited people from all spheres of life to protest to save the state "from fascism and anarchy".
"We call everybody to stand against the system that's currently running in the state. We will work together to protect the state," Ganguly said.
The Forum also mourned the death of Park Street rape victim last week.
