A division bench of Justices V M Kanade and P D Kode summoned them after it was informed that while Atulya, his children Marushka and Varun, and sister Kunti Shah have settled their dispute, no settlement has been arrived at between Sheetal and other family members.

The high court had in October last year appointed senior advocate Rafiq Dada as mediator for resolving dispute between Sheetal, a socialite, and the Mafatlal family and had stayed all the criminal proceedings initiated by the family members against each other.

The mediator today filed consent terms before the High Court regarding the settlement arrived at between Sheetal, Atulya, Marushka, Varun and Kunti. However, the mediator pointed out that settlement has failed between the socialite and Madhuri, Ajay and Gayatri.

"Ask them to appear before us and say sorry to each other and resolve their disputes," the High Court said, summoning Sheetal, Madhuri, Ajay and Gayatri Zaveri on August 9.

Following settlement between Sheetal and her husband and daughter, the High Court today quashed a harassment case registered by the socialite with the Gamdevi police station against the family members.

Marushka had later also lodged a complaint against Sheetal accusing her of theft of several valuable paintings from the Mafatlal bungalow here.

According to lawyers appearing for both sides, all the complaints will be quashed once the dispute is resolved.
