A bench of justices J Chelameswar and A K Goel extended the relief to Maudany only for five days and asked him not to misuse his liberty.
The court asked him to inform the City Police Commissioner about his travel plans.
The court allowed the accused to move out of Bengaluru after it was informed that the trial in the case has now been shifted to National Investigation Agency (NIA) court which alone has jurisdiction to try some of the scheduled offences.
He was granted bail on July 11, 2014, which was extended by two weeks August 11, 2014 and the same was extended by four months on November 14 last year, as the court had given Karnataka four months time to conclude the trial.
While granting bail to Maudany on July 11 last year, the apex court had asked him not to leave the city and to furnish the details of his stay during the bail period.
